Garton Memorial Scholarship in Spanish
Established in October 1979 by Clare John Garton and Miriam Garton in memory of their daughter, Marilyn Eva Garton (BA (Hons) 1971, MA, BEd 1973). Awarded on the basis of academic excellence to the students with the highest standing in an undergraduate course or courses in Peninsular Spanish Literature.
