Established in April 1997 by Robert Cole, BSc (Eng.) 1951 and Eva (Bertram) Cole, BA 1951, and last revised in November 2018. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need and involvement in extra-curricular activities. Awarded to students entering first year of any first-entry undergraduate degree program in the Faculty of Arts and Science or the Faculty of Engineering and Applied Science.
