Winton and Elizabeth Newman Bursary in Mining Engineering
Established in May 2005 by Melissa Smith, in memory of her parents Winton, B.Sc. 1954, and Elizabeth Newman, and awarded on the basis of financial need to a full-time student in the second or third year in Mining Engineering in Smith Engineering. Preference will be given to a female student. Application should be made to the Office of the University Registrar, Financial Aid and Awards by October 31.
