Established by a bequest from Doris E. Marsh in memory of her sister, Doctor Iris May Marsh, Arts '57 and awarded to a student entering the first year of any program at Queen's University. The selection of the recipient will be based on a combination of financial need, superior academic ability, proven leadership qualities, and involvement in the life of his or her school and community.
