Michael Brown Memorial Award in Oncology
Established by the Queen's Medical Class of 1959, in memory of their classmate, Dr. Michael Brown. The award will be given annually to the final year medical student who has shown the best scholarly and clinical aptitude in the field of Oncology based on performance in the academic and clinical work of the Department of Oncology. The Chairman of the Undergraduate Education Committee will recommend to the department, for approval, the name of the student to receive the award. Selection will be made on the basis of examination results for the oncology portion of the curriculum and the evaluation
