Tom R. Higgins Scholarship

Established in March 2008 and last revised in December 2024 by Thomas (Tom) Higgins, B.Sc. (Hons.) 1979. Awarded to students entering the fourth year of a Bachelor of Science (Honours), Bachelor of Arts (Honours), or Bachelor of Computing (Honours) degree program who are enrolled in a Major, Joint Honours or Specialization degree plan in Mathematics or Statistics at Queen's University. Awarded on the basis of academic excellence in a combination of any four courses from BIOM, MATH, or STAT at the 200 level or above. Selection will be by the Awards Committee of the Faculty of Arts and Science.
