Cecil Allan Fraser Bursary

Established in June 2020 by the Black Law Student's Association ("BLSA") Queen's Chapter and the Queen's Pre-Law Society in memory of Cecil Allan Fraser, B.A. 1958, LL.B. 1961, the first Black student and graduate of Queen's University Law. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need to students enrolled in any year of the JD degree program or a combined JD degree program in the Faculty of Law at Queen's University. Awarded in the following order of priority to: (1) Black Canadian students (2) Visible minority/Racialized students.
