Darren N. Costen Award
Established in October 2021 by Dr. Wanda Costen, Dean of the Smith School of Business, in honour of her son, Darren N. Costen. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need and academic achievement to students entering first year of the Bachelor of Commerce degree program in the Smith School of Business. Preference will be given in the following order of priority: 1) to Black Canadian students; 2) to students who are the first generation in their families to attend a post-secondary institution.
