Raleigh Smith Award in Applied Science
Established in November 1997 by Raleigh Smith, retired Clerk of the Ontario Ministry of Health. Last revised in November 2025 and awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need and academic achievement to a student entering first year of any first-entry undergraduate degree program in Smith Engineering. The award is renewable for three subsequent years provided the student meets the requirements as defined in the Renewable Awards Policy for Need-Based Bursaries and Awards.
