Senator Frank Carrel Merit Scholarship (94%+)
Total Value = $20,000 Up to eight scholarships are awarded on the basis of general proficiency to candidates who for at least one year at the time of their application have been and remain domiciled in the Province of Quebec. Students in their second year of CEGEP are also eligible for a Senator Frank Carrel Merit Scholarship.
