W. T. Pound Engineering Design Award

Established in memory of William Thomas Pound, who graduated from Queen's University in Mechanical Engineering in 1929 and awarded to a third year student upon completion of MECH 323 and MECH 324 (Design I and Design II). The award is directed to the individual who has demonstrated an exceptional understanding of machine design principles, and an outstanding aptitude for creative and innovative design.
