Established in September 2023 by friends and family in memory of Thomas C. O’Neill, BCom 1967, LLD 2005. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need to students in any year of a Bachelor of Commerce degree program at Queen's University. Applications are to be made to the Office of the University Registrar, Financial Aid and Awards.
