George A. Rawlyk Memorial Award

Established in March 1998 by family, friends, and colleagues in memory of George A. Rawlyk, a distinguished and admired professor of History. Last revised in September 2025. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need and academic achievement to a student enrolled in second year of a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree program with an academic plan offered by the Department of History. The award is renewable for 2 subsequent years provided students meet the requirements as defined in the Renewable Awards Policy for Need-Based Bursaries and Awards.
