Aird & Berlis LLP/Steven A. Zakem Award in Law
Established in March 2026 by Aird & Berlis LLP in honour of Steven A. Zakem (LL.B. 1989), former Managing Partner of Aird & Berlis LLP, for his leadership at the firm and contributions to the legal community. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need and academic achievement to full-time students in any year of the J.D. program or a combined J.D. degree program in the Faculty of Law. Preference will be given to first-year students.
