Hilda Alexina Tait-Rice Bursary
Established by her husband and family in celebration of the life of Hilda Alexina Tait-Rice whose compassionate love spilled over the boundaries of her home touching friends and neighbors, the members of the congregation of St. Margaret's Church, residents of Rideaucrest Home, and patients of the Kingston Cancer Clinic. The bursary is intended to assist a student in financial need who is preparing for a career in nursing, either undergraduate or graduate, and who has a demonstrated interest in continuing care of persons with cancer or serving seniors in the community.
