Bursaries totalling $6,400 have been made available through an endowment established by Dr. Shirley M. Wong for First Nations, Inuit or Métis students of Canada in the Faculty of Education in good academic standing who demonstrate financial need. Dr. Wong, Associate Professor Emerita of Curriculum Studies, whose lifelong and tireless commitment to education, particularly of the underprivileged, is inspiring. The bursaries are adjudicated by Enrolment Services.
