Fair Divorce Legislation Scholarship
Through this scholarship, the attorneys at Moskowitz Law Group would like to give students the opportunity to express their thoughts on divorce legislation. The deadline for this scholarship is February 28, 2024. An amount of $1,000 will be awarded to a student who best describes their position on the subject and their reasoning behind it. In a 750-1,000 word essay, discuss whether you believe divorce legislation in your state is fair. If so, explain your position. If not, discuss how you believe these laws can be reformed to provide solutions that reflect the best interests of all parties.
