ラトビア政府奨学金
ラトビアと協定を結んでいる国の国民、またはラトビア国民に奨学金を提供している国の国民は、ラトビア政府の奨学金に申請できます。日本国民はラトビア州の奨学金を受ける資格があります。学士および初級専門職高等教育への申請は、申請時（2026年2月～3月）に（母国の高等教育機関またはラトビアの高等教育機関で）少なくとも1学年の学習を無事に完了した学生から受け付けられます。学士課程および修士課程の奨学金は、1 学年度につき最大 10 か月間（博士課程の学生の場合は最大 11 か月間）授与されます。学生がさらに1年間ラトビアで勉強を続けたい場合は、ラトビア州の奨学金に再申請する必要があります。ラトビアの奨学金は次の金額で授与されます。学士課程の学生（および第 2 レベルの専門的高等教育の 1 年生、2 年生、3 年生）は月額 500 ユーロ修士課程の学生は月額 600 ユーロ（および 4 年生以降の第 2 レベルの専門的高等教育の学生は）博士課程の学生は月額 700 ユーロ。
